St Aidan’s Primary School
We are proud to have given the Assembly Hall of St Aidan’s Church of England Primary School a refreshing facelift, providing a much more comfortable environment for children and staff.
Acting on this occasion as Principal Contractor, Floorscan Acoustics was able to offer the specialist sound and thermal insulation element of the work, including specification, in a self-contained package. By providing all other services to achieve the new lighting, additional joinery works and complete re-decoration, Floorscan was able to achieve the client’s goal of best results at best value – and on time and to the penny of the tight budget.
The client’s 3-point brief:
- Acoustic – eliminate the intrusive noise from rain impacting on the roof.
- Visual – replace the imposing industrial look with a fresh interior.
- Thermal –reduce heat loss to improve comfort at less running cost.
